Please do not use the Little Road/Trinity location if you want someone who is dedicated to see that you have a good experience and can adjust your aides. They have new techs every time I've been there, and they are not all that competent.

In March 2018 I purchased Widex top of the line hearing aids from the So Pasadena FL office. The specialis*** was outstanding and provided the best customer service I've experienced from any hearing aid company. In 3 months, one of my rechargeable batteries started to fail. I advised Aaron and he was going resolve the issue ordering a new hearing aid, batteries and recharger to determine the reason for the failure. The day after I was supposed to receive a call to come in and rectify the problem, I received a call from ***, Regional Mgr, stated they had been trying to reach me and sent the hearing aid and charger back because they didn't want to be bothered to apply to Widex warranty coverage and would I be willing to give them my hearing aid to send back for evaluation. I told them then I would not have my hearing aid and the answer - well yes. I advised this was a ridiculous option and not acceptable. The issue of not being able to contact me before sending back the replacement hearing aid is what really disturbed me and I told ***, Regional Mgr, how was he contacting me now what I thought of this excuse. He then asked if I would be willing to try replacement batteries instead because they weren't able to reach me. I agreed and again advised ***, Regional Mgr, not to continue to try to put the blame of the situation on me - Florida Medical Hearing Centers was to decide how to resolve the situation and call me back - I then hung up. First, Aaron Shaw no longer with the company has destroyed any goodwill with FMHC in the future. He is a loss to their company. Second, I am concerned any warranty issues that might come up will be resolved for the benefit of me the customer and not FMHC. Third, they owe me a referral check which I have been promised but not received.

I WENT TO THE FLORIDA MEDICAL HEARING CENTER AT 250 AVE K, SUITE 105, WINTER HAVEN, FL 33880. THE HEARING SPECIALIST I SAW WAS *** BOLEY.
MR BOLEY GAVE ME A COMPREHENSIVE HEARING TEST THAT TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR. HE EXPLAINED TO HEARING PROCESS TO DETERMINE MY HEARING LOSS.
I ENDED UP BUYING 2 HEARING AIDS AND I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THE RESULTS. MR BOLEY KEPT SEEING ME TO TWEAK AND ADJUST AND MADE SURE THAT I WAS HEARING MUCH BETTER. MY EXPERIENCE WITH MR BOLEY WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD WITH A HEARING AID COMPANY. I VISITED SEVERAL DIFFERENT HEARING AID PLACES BUT WAS NOT SATISFIED PREVIOUSLY BUT THIS HEARING CENTER RENEWED MY CONFIDENCE. I NOW CAN HEAR BETTER THAN I COULD HEAR IN YEARS. THANK YOU *** BOLEY.

I am a *** year old *** with very bad hearing, I went to Florida Medical Hearing Centers after having *** that worked ok. I talked with a FMHC Specialist called *** very nice man, he let me try a pair for 30 days no payment, they worked a lot better than *** but I only paid $1,800 for them. The ones that *** had me try were $4000.00 a lot more, I Bought them and a short time after a guy called *** came to that office and *** was gone, the hearing aids were not programmed right for me they had to be adjusted. After about 5 times trying he was getting upset with me and started saying that he did not even sell them to me and he did not make any money off the sale. Each time after that it got worse with his complaining about me coming back. It was like a night mare going back and listening to him complain, I will say one thing for him that he ordered an item to watch TV. I heard him on the phone talking to the *** who said that I could have them free, but the problem was I could not hear my *** when she was talking to me, that was the main reason for getting this. So *** said you need a mike to go with that item, so he found a used one, Got it paired and then told me that he was making no *** money, and repeated it making no *** money. He screamed it out. I though he was going nuts, He said don't come back for 5 or 6 months, I am not a dog and do not want to be talked to like that!! It was bad enough to listen to he every time I went in but this was the most unprofessional thing I have ever saw, I told him that I would not be coming back I would call the hearing aid Co for help. pretty bad I still have 1 1/2 years guarantee and no were to go after paying $4000.00

I wish to close this case, ***, and *** have been very fair with me, offed life time garrentee on my hearing aids and offered a new place to have them serviced so I do not have to go back to the place where all this happened
