When the applications are received in our office checks and money orders are deposited. The next step is for each application to be reviewed to make sure all information is on the application, bonds are provided and...
then they are manually typed in our database. Depending on the number of applications that arrive, this process can take up to 3 weeks to complete.
This customer's application was mailed back to her on or around August 12th. We did get the application back from the customer and it went into our review department with many other applications to obtain the notary bonds and state fee checks. The application went to the state electronically and we will be receiving her certificate from the state next week.
As soon as we receive her certificate her stamp will be ordered for her and estimated arrival is 10 to 15 business days.
