This company doesn't even deserve a negative rating. This company is the worst and stay clear of it. Pay double if you have to because all this company does is take your money and find ways not to pay. Mediation is a joke and we are left high and dry with the only way for recourse is to tell everyone to help put this terrible company out of business.
I had a slab leak and this company refused to cover it. I had to fix the leak myself and pay $5,000 out of pocket where the claim should have been covered.
I will search out every rating website I can find the negatively rate this company. Avoid this company at all costs.

I have experienced the exact same issues with this company listed in every review I have read on every website I have researched. I would simply like to add that I have never experience such lack of empathy, compassion, and urgency from any business as I have experienced from Florida Peninsula. This degrading and insulting service began before I even received a claim number which took me 4 days calling twice a day to get. Then I found a claim on my policy that did not belong to me, but was filed on the 1st day I tried to file my claim.
Furthermore, Allstate sold us off to this company when we purchased our home. Shame on them for putting us (long time customers of Allstate for both home and business) with a company with so little ethics.
