FLA Pools is an amazing company My experience began with Robert, the salesmanHe was punctual, nice and informative He laid out all of my options and provided me with very specific detailsOnce I planned to have my pool refinished by Florida Pools, the awesome service continued Patrick, along with his crew, arrived exactly when they said they would and immediately got to workOne of the most impressive things during this whole experience was the courtesy and professionalism shown and the way Patrick went above and beyond when doing the work Patrick would call or text me about the progress of the job continuouslyWhen they were not going to be able to work because of the weather, I was informed right away Throughout the job, all the workers took very good care of my property, kept everything very clean, and treated my pool as if it were their own After the regelling was complete, Patrick came out to add the chemicals to the pool and make sure everything was up to par They even had a pool cleaner come out and vacuum the surface and recheck the chemicals after a hour settling in periodPatrick followed up another couple of days later just to make sure everything was to my expectationsI have to say Florida Pools went above and beyond anything I could have expected or hoped for when it came to the regelling of my poolI highly recommend this company for any of your pool needs
