This office is not professional, got a funny e-mail address (like personal address) to send all my personal information for a pre-approval letter. The e-mail was replied with the name of the person referred, title etc. After that reply, they needed other documentation which was sent. After that never heard about them after contacted the office again, which got another e-mail and re-send all the information. I consider this not professional, and didn't care about customers, very unpleasant, even worry about the previous sensitive documents like Tax returns, w-2, etc. very frustrating.
