Horrible Service. They never return phone calls. Ms. Natalie Anne Cedeno, is never available, as well as Ms. Lidiala de la Rosa. The receptionist Deyi has been instructed not to take messages for Ms. Cedeno, she is not allowed to give her email, or cell phone number out. Very strange way of doing business, and a horrible attitude. Avoid problems and stay away from this company.

Several months ago Sully did an extraordinary job after I reported a damaged fence, which was knocked down and thus was a security issueIt was amazing how quickly it was fixed! Furthermore, whatever the concern she is always extremely positive and helpful whether it be to replace a decal or ask questions about various other thingsShe is a true credit to Florida Property Management and we are fortunate she assists in overseeing Calusa Point

I called and left a general message shortly after 4PM on 10/24/ and to my absolute amazement, a very friendly and professional Daniel Rreturned my call (yes, on the same day) When I take a listing, I contact the association to obtain their rules and regulations, as well as association application, so that I and my seller abide by their rules, when we're ready to physically go on the market I post that information, and the intended buyer and their agent are also then in a position to understand what will be expected of themYou would think that associations would appreciate this and be amenable to working with youWell, since regrettably that is not always the case, imagine how wonderful it was to speak with someone who was appreciative of my call, was professional, courteous and provided us with the requisite informationI do hope this means that they will be the same all the way through the listing, when we eventually have the buyer and said buyer makes application and closesWe'll seeYet, I had to stop and take a moment to acknowledge this first step which was truly remarkable serviceNote that I will rate "neutral" the likelihood to recommend the business itself, given that I need to see the treatment going forward with me and my seller, not to mention how they will treat the new buyer and their agent when the time comes
