On November 30th, the customer's service was scheduled to be disconnected. Since the meter is located inside the house, our technician was unable to gain access to it. On December 3rd, our technician disconnected the electric power at the transformer. The Company has already applied the credits to...

Our attempts to reach the customer via telephone have been unsuccessful. On February 19th, our [redacted] drafted and mailed a letter to the customer requesting a return call to discuss the account.
