They are the most unhelpful people ever!! I've been trying to book a vacation for Feb months now to utilizing one of our "free" (there is not much thing) weeks that was giving at time of signing upI've talked to [redacted] whenever she got in her office only to be spoke to rushed or short being told every time that someone will contact meShe's even bold to give a time frame that of course was never keepIt takes forever for anyone to call you back,they give you the run around on who you need to speak with or what department and "someone will call you...You can't call them directly! When they did finally call and the emailed me some resort information there were thousand of dollar amounts by each option Again, I called several times before getting through for answer Only to be told I have to pay a "booking fee" or some kind of fee that was half of the trip cost! I was made aware there's was a booking fee by [redacted] HOWEVER an exacted amount is not provided nor was she able to give me one only rushing me off the phone because "it wasn't her department" I understand the booking fee, maybe a couple hundred I suppose, but half the trip cost...COME ON! I called them again on Dec, told by [redacted] someone would contact me within the hr, its Friday 2:55p another failed attempt to further discuss booking optionsMoney and time wasted!!
