This company cut one camera and the second outside camera was left hanging and were both ruined. The owner refuses to reimburse me for my new cameras.
After one year of sending certified letters with my invoice for the camera replacements, I have not heard a word back.
Very disappointed.

Desired Outcome

A refund of two new outside wired cameras and installation. I have a video from employee Kevin that said, "these guys from our company did a horrible job".

Horrible experience - run don't walk from Florida Seamless Gutters. I hired Florida Seamless Gutters to fix the gutter problem on my home. Not being a gutter expert, I though the suggested correction would work. The initial job took for ever and work was not done when promised. They stood me up twice never calling to tell me they were not coming. Then they showed up unannounced and without an appointment. When it rained the first time after the initial installation, the water from one gutter was directly diverted to come into my house. Also, one of the downspouts ran up hill, even though I told them it should be on the other side of the run. Again, it took for ever to come out and fix, stood me up and showed up without an appointment. I will note that they did replace their work several times, but it was still inferior and in the end they wanted more money from me, but I just was not willing to pay them more. Not only was their work look terrible, they left trash in my yard when one worker stormed off from the job and the installation and water that was not diverted properly caused damage to my home. I was promised that a supervisor would call me many times - don't hold your breath, I never received those calls! After over a year and one-half of arguing with them, including sending videos of water streaming through the gutters, emails, and writing to the owners, I had their work ripped down and did it the right way. Of course, I never received any money back or sincere apologies for inferior work and lack of communication.

Terrible. Don't believe any response Florida Seamless Gutters has to this review. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Call G. Call G. What ever you do, do not call Florida Seamless Gutters.
Contacted vendor for an estimate. Design and cost of work was discussed, agreed upon, and documented on the estimate given. Vendor arrived later to perform the work previously agreed upon and documented on the estimate given. Vendor's installers did not install the gutter per the design agreed upon and argued with the customer about that fact. Vendor installers walked off the job, leaving their work unfinished, and not to customer satisfaction. Customer contacted the vendor's management, to which they also argued with the customer and supported their installers behavior towards said customer. Management then refused to correct the incorrect work done and although the customer was not charged, left customer with the hassle of removing the work done and starting over.

Gutters poorly installed by FSG a year ago sprung several leaks and retains water soon after installation despite several failed attempts to fix
We hired FSG to replace gutters at the front elevation of one of our residential projects in September 2018.We noticed some leaks at the corners when we had the roof cleaned a couple of months later. We also noticed one of the sections was collecting water because the pitch was wrongly installed.Fsg made several attempts to fix this problem with promises of replacing the leaky sections. Some of the technicians that showed up either had no idea why they were there or if they did were not provided the materials necessary to complete the job. Sometimes no one showed up as scheduled. I'm still in possession of the last text from the secretary dated 7/2/2019 9:00am with a scheduled date for 7/12/2019. Till date no one has showed up or returned my call or text. I also have other texts with similar promises. I'm asking for a full refund as their work is substandard, customer service is deceptive and unprofessional. I have attached their proposal, a picture of one of the corners and a couple of videos showing leaks during the rain and trapped water.We will seek litigation if we do not get a full refund.

As for the matter of the repair, we are willing to redo the section that continuously leaks at no charge.

on 7-16-I had some gutters put on my house I notice the gutters in the back of the house was longer then the houseso I call them they took pictures and they will send somebody out right awaytimes they said they was sending somebody out to fix the problem but nobody showed upmy problem is still not fixed

Only July 24th, they responded and set an appointment for July 28th. They were a no call/no show. On August 5th, I decided to write one final email stating my disappointment with them and their lack of customer service and follow-up. I advised them I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com. I mistakenly filed under the incorrect vendor so I requested that to be taken down.

They immediately responded with an apology and asked for a second change and I spoke with the manager Jesus contacted me via phone and he scheduled an appointment for August 11th.
He came to the house and I expressed my concerns and we reviewed everything including the videos I had taken when it was raining. He stated it looks like the gutters were not properly sealed, he apologized and promised it would get fixed.

An appointment was set and the technician returned on August 18 to the house and corrected the mistake. However, he did not test the flow of water from the gutters as I requested with Jesus. He would've realized that there were still leaks. Once the rain came, I noticed the multiple leaks especially the on the right side of the house by the carport, the water overflowed the gutter, causing a lot of water accumulation on the ground.

The installer Kevin, asked me to contact him first instead of calling the office. He stated he would come out and fix it. I did that and provided him a video but he did not answer so I called the office and reached out to Jesus directly. He apologized for Kevin not responding but stated he would speak to him and let me know when he can return to fix the issue. I provided them both with videos of the issues. That was Monday, September 17, 2018. Today is Wednesday, October 17th but I have no heard from them.

It really saddens me that a company would ignore a customer like this. Especially one that has video proof of the issues and also gave them another chance. I will no longer do business with this company but I wanted to make sure that I properly review them so that other homeowners know what they can face.

Desired Outcome

It's clear that this company is not going to be able to resolve this issue. I'm going to have to pay for another company to come out and make the corrections which is going to cost me more money. I would like FSG to refund me a portion or all of the $724 I paid in order to pay for another company's services.

Florida Seamless Gutters LLC. will be refunding the customer the entire amount of $724.00 for the gutter installation. We have tried multiple times to fix the issue she is having despite the problem she has with her roof.*** needs to have a roofing company come and inspect her roof in order for the problem with her gutters to be resolved. We are a company that try it's best to solve all of our customers problems, but we refuse to accepts any threats made by the customer, which is the reason we are willing to refund the full amount in order for her to reach out to another gutter company. IF she would still like us to resolve her gutter problem, she must have a roofer inspect her roof first.

I will respond to their last message.

-My response: after multiple failed attempts of communication with them (and Kareem), one no call/now show, Jesus personally came out to the house after watching the video that I provided and admitted that the issue was because the technician didn't properly seal the gutters and that the gutters were not overlapping properly towards the front of the house which was causing the overflow and subsequent puddling. The technician also installed the downspouts facing the incorrect direction despite me informing them which way I wanted them to face to avoid causing large puddles of water to form, which they did. His words, not mine. These three problems were their mistakes. We did discuss the issue at the rear of the house regarding the soffits, not the roof, causing some leaking and agreed that section will not be able to be fixed by FSG. I no longer mentioned that section and focused on the front of the house and the right side which were clear issues.

-If they did not, we would not be where we are now. My advice to Florida Seamless Gutters, treat all your customers and their time with respect. Work on your internal communication and scheduling. Even though an installation has been completed and you've been paid, that's no excuse to slack on customer service. It is your duty to respond to every customer, not ignore them and hope that they or any issues they bring will disappear. It's obvious you dropped the ball. It's much easier to admit your mistake and find an agreeable resolution than blaming the customer and accusing them of threatening you. That behavior is unbecoming any company that wants to retain its credibility. I'm very disappointed with your last accusation especially since you know exactly what happened.

I wish Florida Seamless Gutters the best and I hope this situation serves as a learning experience and will help them improve. I appreciate that FSG has offered to refund the entire amount of the installation and I accept this final agreement.

On Monday, July 26th, we installed Mr. gutters and even came back out on the same day to inspect the gutters -- as the crew we had hired were new to the team. When the representative got to the house, the homeowner was present and even did a walkthrough with the homeowner to ensure that he was satisfied with the installation. Only one run was installed in the back of the house, everything looked great except for one end of the gutter that was about 2 inches too long -- the representative was the one to point that out to the customer and told him we can possibly return this Saturday since it's local. Typically we have a two to three week turn around for service calls during this time of the year. Saturday, July 21st, was completely booked so his service call was scheduled for the following week.

We kept in contact with the homeowner and advised him that the installers will be arriving on Friday, July 27th to service the gutters. Unfortunately, they were not able to make it on Friday due to the weather, but the installers proceeded with protocol and called the client to inform him of the reschedule to Saturday. Saturday, 7/28, came and the installers completed the service call. The piece was cut shorter and capped, as for the extensions for the downspouts that were given to the client -- at no charge-- was not install as he changed his mind when the installers were present.

We love helping customers protect their homes because we know how important it is to them. In the future, we hope to help even more homeowners protect their dream homes one gutter at a time.
