After months of dealing with this issue, sending complaints to the Illinois Attorney Generals office, the Secretary of States office, the Revdex.com, numerous calls to my bank AND the Mike Murphy Ford dealership, I guess they finally had someone at their dealership get serious about resolving the matterThen in their apparent concern over my complaints, Mike Murphy Ford then gets their attorney involved and HE sends me a letterOnly after all of this drama did Mike Murphy Ford spring into action and FINALLY get a correct title with supporting documentation sent off to the State of Illinois in order that the title could be processed and forwarded on to my bankI DID receive a confirmation from my bank that they had finally, after months, receive the title to my carIt is unfortunate that I had to go through this lengthy and tedious processAnd because of that, I feel that Mike Murphy Ford fell flat on their face so far as making sure they were following up on the matter in the first place....like they should have done months agoFurthermore, if I were the owner of a business that had a customer going through this unnecessary drama, I would personally call the customer to be sure a satisfactory conclusion was reachedBut obviously MrMurphy is too busy making his commercials to worry about making sure a customer is completely satisfied with their experience of buying a car from himI will never buy a car from that dealership again and would never recommend them to a friendThey need to put a bit of time and effort into developing some internal criteria so as to avoid circumstances such as this occurring againIn the future I will keep my business in the county in which I live
