I received a call from Florida Suncoast Services and was congratulated on my new home purchase, and offered a free [redacted] Gift Card in exchange for my honest answers to a few general questions and a demonstration of their water filtration systemI admit, I was only interested in the gift cardIn any event, the rep came to our home and was here for about an hour and a halfIt was very informative, and although I don't have the financial means to make a purchase at this time, I will definitely call them back once I am able toFlorida has the worst water in the world in my honest opinion, and even though getting a water filtration isn't cheap, it is well worth it! They were honest and they did their job wellI would recommend them to anyone that is interested in becoming informed, you have nothing to lose and you get a free gift card for your time, which is a fair deal! If you can afford it, that is great, go for it! But if you can't, just say no politely and get your gift cardno reason to bad mouth the company

I received an offer in the mail saying "welcome to the community, we have a $gift card for you." I called, only to find out the only way to receive the gift card was to have salesman come to my homeWe respectfully declinedOver the exit weeks we received 3-more of the same offersI called requesting to have our number removedNo luck! We now have received 8-calls with no way to call backToday, I accepted a call and asked again to removed from the mailing and calling listBefore I could finish the caller hung upI found a number and called only to be told that the sales company was a different company and there was little they could do but request my name and number be removedWhen I asked about my $card that I was told was my house warming gift, she said "oh that's only for the people that accept a water test at their home.."

I signed up to receive a $gift certificate at a Home show I received a call to set up an appointment for a rep to test my water After getting all my information and scheduling my appointment, I was told to hold for the supervisor After waiting at least minutes, I assumed the call was lost and my appointment scheduled I waited for the company to show for the appointment and when no one came, I tried to contact the company I left numerous messages but never received a return call Several days later, I was contacted again by the company but after providing all my info again, the call was dropped I called a different number to reschedule and was given a new time and date The time came but no one showed After minutes, I called the number that I was able to schedule the visit on and was told that they were sorry and a scheduler would get back with me After waiting another hour and minutes, I called again I was told a supervisor would get back with me I received a call back from the original person that I talked to who said that the supervisor was too busy to talk to me She said that the person that was to call on me had a family emergency and they would have to reschedule and then hung up I called back to reschedule and was told that they would call me when they had someone in the area When I originally schedule the visit, they offered me several days including the following day I was then told that they had no one in the area I have no $gift card and a bad taste that is worse than my water
