strict guidelines to follow. The mattress from the home was severely soiled and was not fit to be put on the truck with other product that was new or needed to be returned to the vendor. We did remove the foundations for this customer but not the mattress. This customer wanted to get his way to have the mattress removed and was very pushy about it. He did speak to [redacted] and did not get the responses he was looking for and took the same belittling attitude that he took with [redacted] as he did with the crew. We do have a picture of the new undamaged properly delivered bedding as well as the soiled piece and would be glad to forward them to you if you would like.
