This was our first time visiting Disney and our firts time in USA, our famiyl enjoy great memorable moments here and is a really lovely villa on a private gated estate It is spacious and well appointedThe appliances are all really easy to use, which meant that we did not bring home suitcases full of dirty laundryThe pool area was pleasant and the lanai kept the bugs outEveryone drives everywhere so access to the park was relativity easy, the manager owner was patient and attentive, good comunication which was appreciated, and thank you very much specillay the manager who meet us after hours at night advised us wher to go, prices and finally she arrange with her office a great tour for the last four days on the villaWe will com back to Orlando and this will be the first villa I will check for avialability

Beware of this company. Our family stayed in a property represented by Florida Vacation Dreams in May 2014 for 9 days. I had read reviews on other sites about this company and was aware that they have a reputation for not refunding deposits but thought that perhaps these were the fault of the guests. With that in mind though, we spent over 3 hours cleaning and tidying the house on the day we left, it was certainly cleaner than when we arrived! On arriving home in the UK, after numerous calls and emails to chase refund of my deposit, I received an email 6 weeks later to say there was damage to a sofa they had to have repaired . Conveniently, this amounted to pretty much all our deposit. They sent me pictures which sure enough showed damage to the sofa but we have no idea when these pictures were taken - they certainly weren't taken after our stay. I asked for receipts from the company who had repaired the sofa but to date, Florida Vacation Dreams have not been able to provide me with any evidence that the sofas were indeed damaged or that they had paid to have them repaired. They now just keep referring me to their contract. They clearly make you sign the contract for a reason and then find an excuse to keep your deposit as a litle extra. It's very difficult to chase this when we live so far away, I would just recommend that people don't use companies that treat people like this.
