I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.  If the company had a voicemail service or funftional email system at the time, I would have emailed or left a message when I called. When I visited the FloridaDriversLicenses.org website and clicked on "Contact Us" a message came up saying that the email service was not working.  There were no phone numbers that I could find on the website and the New York phone number listed on my daughters credit card statement provided me with no options to speak with anyone or leave a message and was always said that the office was closed.  The message did refer me to the email address, which at the time was not available. Provided the refund appears on my daughter's account I am satisfied.  Thank you Revdex.com.
