notarized a Construction Law Lien Affidavit and Notice of Commencement before construction work began on his property.  The work on the customer's roof was completed correctly and to satisfaction; after completion the property passed all inspections. There was simply a miscommunication about the starting date. To make up for the miscommunication the customer received a significant discount from Florida's Best Roofing.  He agreed to this, and he signed and notarized an Agreement to Amend and Indemnify, which is attached below.Thank you[redacted]Florida's Best Roofing, Inc.[redacted]
