I am rejecting this response because:I took my vehicle in for 90k tune upand was never informed of leakage I was informed of rack & pinion needs to be replaced.which I agreed to have them replaced themwhen I received my car back I then had leakageI then took my vehicle back and was informed the rubber ring that attaches to rack &pinion was not put on(there mistake ) which still leakagethen contacted company back an owner nonchalantly stated bring it back it still under warrantyNow I'm informed my hoses need to be replacedDue to their negligence of forgetting to put a small but big part,that made my hoses get damagedwhich I had to pay more,which could have been prevented if they weren't rushing and checked thoroughly when I brought it back the first timeyes he stated he would waive the labor..Guilty consciencethey should have extended my warranty and purchase the hosesI took my vehicle to sears repair shop and got new tires an a wheel alignment an oil change 3months prior to auto center and my hoses were fineno leakage till they did a rushed jobTHEY HAVE VERY BAD REVIEWS from previous customers saying similar issueswhile waiting for vehicle customers were pulling up yelling about something wasn't right with there vehicleVery bad experience and I want to reimburse for the hoses

Response:We replace customer's leaking Power steering Hose at NO COST (Regular Labor cost $160.00+Fluid Total $179.99) Even those hose has noting to do with Previous RepairsTotally Different hose So there for we do not owe Any money to this customerThank youMuhammad saqib

I'm attaching documentation from work performed prior to me taking my vehicle to florin auto center I TOOK IT TO *** TO GET MY TIRES AND WHEEL ALIGNMENT DONE I WAS THEN INFORMED AT THAT TIME MY RACK & PINION NEEDS TO BE REPLACED BUT MY HOSES WERE OK AND FLUIDS ONCE FLORIN AUTO REPLACED THE PARTI DIDN'T HAVE WITH BEFORE I HAD LEAKAGEI THEN TOOK MY CAR BACK AND WAS INFORMED THE O RING THAT GOES TO THE RACK& PINION AND HOSES WAS NOT PUT ONTHE COMPANY NEGLIGENCEWHICH EVENTUALLY CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE HOSE I HAD TO REPLACEWHICH COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDEDWHICH I WAS INFORMED THEY WERE CHECKED AND WAS OK WHEN I ORIGINALLY TOOK IT BACK FOR Leakage AND NOISESAND WASN'T .IM STILL HAVING LEAKAGE AND WILL BE TAKING IN TO GET A DIAGNOSIS ONCE ABLE TO TAKE OFF FROM WORK .I WILL BE SENDING ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS TO YOUR EMAIL DUE TO LIMITED ATTACHMENT SPACETHANK YOUTINA KNIGHT

05/13/2015 Customer brought car for 90000 mile service. During inspection tech found Steering gear was leaking. We recommended to customer get it replaced due to leaks. And customer asked us to replace for them. Customer came back with leak after 5 days and we found 1 o-ring was leaking we took care...

of that leak No Charge to customer. Customer came back after 8 months and said there is leak in the car and it makes noise under the car. We check and found 2 hoses coming from Power Steering fluid reservoir are leaking, check noise and we could not verify if the noise was coming from power Steering System. I told customer that noise we cannot verify where is coming from if it is coming from Steering gear you have a warranty we will take care of it at no charge. And for both lines there is a $160.00 labor plus parts since we did not replace those before so there is not warranty on those hoses. But per customer satisfaction we will do labor for FREE if you buy the Parts which we did on 01/13/2016 and we re-tighten all suspension blots and that clicking noise went away too.There is no more noise or leaks in the customer car so Florin Auto Centre took care that customer and DO NOT owe any money to customer. We have all Receipts attached with response. Thank you [redacted]

Review: I took my vehicle in to Florin Road Auto Center May of 2015 I had to have my racket pinion replaced and a tune up done 3 days I had to return my vehicle to the repair shop due to extreme leakage And clicking sounds with steering wheel've been Returned home drove to work again a little bit of leakage And the clicking has gotten worst then recently I have been noticing but haven't had time more leakage I have contacted the repair shop and they have mentioned just bring it back in and you're still under warranty.But it has still been ongoing. Something is wrong and my warranty will expire in 5 months then what its not fair to me and my time to keep coming back about the same issue.Desired Settlement: I want my vehicle fixed correctly safely And if not I would like a full refund
