Review: I started seeing this dental office on November 18, 2015, where I had a routine exam and we went over all the work I needed to get done. We then decided on starting with a root canal. They started off making appointments for me, but somehow always ended up being cancelled. After the third appointment, I finally got the root canal done on December 4, 2015. By this date I had already been charged $1375.00. The day the root canal was conducted, it was everyone first day there. They were unable to follow the dentists request. the $1375 was also for a crown and a dental cleaning that was never done. They told me I had to wait about 3 weeks to do the rest of the work. I went back on January 7. 2016 to get the cleaning done, along with a fill for a cavity, and I was told the appointment was just for a fill and not a deep clean.

I kept on waiting for my crown, and on January 28, 2016 I called to see what the issue was. I spoke with [redacted] and she mentioned that the crown was not ready. I got tired of waiting around so I started asking for my money back because I had to get assistance with care credit. I waited for about 45 days, and again was refused a refund for the work they never performed.

I went back to the office, and of course it was closed as per usual. So, I went back, and was told that my time had exceeded for the crown and I would need to be refitted. So, I asked that if they never sent in the crown impressions, and I no longer wanted to conduct business with them and I wanted my money back.

I asked for my dental file, and was told to come back on February 24, 2016, and I went, and again were not ready after waiting over 2 weeks. I sat there and waited until I had my documents, however I signed a statement that they would be sending all my photos and xrays via email. As of today, March 29, 2016 I have not heard anything form them or received by xrays and photos.Desired Settlement: Resolution:

I have a child with special needs, and this is very stressful to have to deal with along with his medical needs. I want my money back since they did not do some of the services they had said they would do. $75 for the deep cleaning, and $650 for the crown.
