On April 5, @ 2:pm, I met MrFlorio to discuss some minor home repairsHe originally stated the job would cost me fifty dollarsAfter going back and forth, to obtain materialsHe changed the costhe escalated the cost several timesthe price went from fifty dollars to one hundred and finally he stated I owed him three hundredMrFlorio came to my home two times with individuals and claim they were there to help him with the jobIt was a one man job in my opinionHe did a very poor job and left my home in disarrayI need to have my home repairs redone due to his poor job he performedHe did a sloppy job and I need him to give me back my money to get a professional job doneplease find attached the pictures and estimates of the jobI want my three hundred dollars back and the money that I had to pay to clean up the trash they left

I'm writing today in regard to a complaint made against me by [redacted] of [redacted] Philadelphia PA, [redacted]. I met with [redacted] to discuss a job he wanted done at his place of residence, when I arrived the job [redacted] addressed to me was his dryer vent that he had...

installed and lightly cemented he stressed that he wanted me to re-cement around the hose area. For this job had originally gave him an estimate of S50 dollars then he proceed to add things that he fixed, told him this would be additional money and he didn't seem to have any objections to that, he continued to tell me he also wanted to have his front steps leading up to his front porch/door chiseled the old cement out and re-brick point the steps that had damage to them and replace the chiseled Cement with new cement. Again as jobs started being added to what [redacted] had originally called me to his home to do of course the price of the work is going to escalate. [redacted] then proceeded to tell me he wanted the sidewall near the alley repaired so I brick pointed a 3'ft cinder block wall which was a party wall and I also repaired the step cracks that were in the wall. I had given him the best price Could have an I was more than willing to work with him, [redacted] stressed to me that he was sick and not in the best of health and I told him I would do the jobs he was requesting at the best price as possible, with this being said told [redacted] it was going to be $300 dollars and he was in agreeance So I came and did the work that was asked of me, [redacted] never said anything to me while I was the work was presented. It wasn't till after a day or so of being at the residence that [redacted] telephoned me and stated that a mess was left in his basement and it had to be cleaned up, so I politely told [redacted] that I did clean up but I will come over to his residence and see what he is speaking about. Later that day I went to [redacted]'s home and I entered his basement where he stated there was a mess and it was a little amount of cement that had gotten on the floor that I easily swept up and left, again no complaint from [redacted] in regards to anything else. So a week or so later (2) Philadelphia Police Officers arrive outside of my home when I was out doing some work to my own house along with [redacted] proceeded to demand his money back and verbally speak down to me once I explain to the officers the jobs that had been done at [redacted]'s place of residence they told [redacted] there was nothing they could do for him at that time. I believe with all honesty I did the work at [redacted]'s home for well under the average price an I have pictures that I will send along with this letter.
