Really that is all we can say is that this family owned business has it own issues within itself being a father and son business and one not knowing what the other one does or says to its customers They have not been willing or wanting to fix or complete the job correctly...We will continue to place bad reviews of this company As far as saying that we will never be satisfied is totally incorrect We have lived in Illinois for years and moved here a year ago and what we have found is that the companies here in Arizona do not take pride or stand by their work They are out to get the money and just leave the job half way complete Now we have to re pay someone to fix this companies lack of completing this job correctly from the start We will make sure not to help family owed companies anymore due to this horrible company and their lack of respect for themselves and others They seem to want to blame us for all their mistakes, we were lied to from the very start from color to what the do's and dont's are As far as saying we didn't wait the proper amount of time to place items on the floor is totally incorrect we weeked weeks before placing anything on the floor So all the issues are due to their poor quality of materials and their on workmanship of doing the job correctly from the start We will be sure to let everyone know what kind of business person and company this really is

Oh Boy! It was explained to him that the only colors that won't have orange in them are blue, green & blackHe chose cola, which has orange in itWe made samples & explained that a sample is merely a representation & that the final result would not be exactWe proceededAfter we were
finished, he decided that it was too orange & asked if we could darken itWe went back out & did thatSome time later he texted me, (Luckily I saved his text) in which he said the overall job was fine & the color was "almost perfect" & could we darken it a little moreWe told him that it was as dark as we could get itBy the way, we also told them not to put anything on it for days in order to allow the sealer to properly cureI thought it was over, but there's moreSome time later his wife called & said there were some white dots on itThey sent picturesThe dots were in a patternOddSo we went out & discovered that they had laid a rubber mat on it & when they picked it up, it pulled some sealer & color off as the sealer wasn't cured enoughWe fixed the spots with some xylene & a spongeOnce again I thought we were doneThere's moreThey then sent pictures of some scratches & blamed usWe did not use sand paper or a grinder, just a spongeThose scratches were done by someone else & I declined to fix them I can't be liable for damage by othersShe said she realized it was a long way for us to keep coming back so she asked me if she just re-sealed it would that helpI told her she could try thatShe asked the type of sealer & where she could get itI told herShe volunteered to do it herselfAs to the topping & concrete coming off, they need to read our proposal/contract, which states that we do not warrantee any concrete overlayments against cracking or pealing due to pre-existing subfloor conditionsIt is quite obvious that if the concrete is also coming up, there must be some kind of subfloor problemWe did not install the original concrete I have been associated with *** *** for years & have consistant positive reviewsI have also been in the business for some years & I have found that there are some people who just will not be satisfied no matter how much you try
