managers.  They were not aware of any issues with our deli hours or customers being refused service.  They assured me that the store and deli were open for business.  They will speak with their staff to ensure they are aware of our deli hours and re-emphasize the importance of providing excellent service to our customers.  Again, we regret any inconvenience and will do our best to make sure this doesn't happen in the future.   We thank you for patronage and look forward to serving you in the future.
