I wrote a bad review of Dr*** on a public website, yelp.comThe dentist then proceeded to call me and threaten to bring a defamation suit against meIn addtion he called my new dentist to harass their office as well
I believe Dr*** violated HIPAA by using patient phone number and contacting me and my wife for a non-medical reason; in this case to threaten me with a defamation suit and insult me over the phone
