I had my car totaled on the 26th of May, Without my registration being updated or having title of my vehicle, like most peopleThey are holding my vehicle against its will, refusing to release the vehicle until they choose to send a letter to the lender, also refuses to speak to me on the phone, consistently hang up on me, accuse me of harassing them, while they are holding my property, thus its not legally called harassmentI have had my year old mother call them and they are times as rude to my motherI have gotten my attorneys involved with [redacted] firmI will also be contacting Denver County, Denver PD, and also the State Department While they are holding my vehicle, ILLEGALLY, again, they are charging me dollars a day, until they decide to release the vehicle

Chrysler arranged for my vehicle to be towed by APT to a Dodge dealership in Aurora Chrysler was paying for the first miles and I was responsible for the balance APT picked up my car and a short time later I get a call from APT asking for a credit card number to cover the overage I provided them the card and asked the charge amount They stated there was mile of overage at $per mile; a total of $ I felt this seemed far, so I did a mapquest search from my house to the dealership Total distance was miles Since Chrysler was covering the first 17, I should only have been charged for the one mile over I called back to request a refund After being placed on hold several times while an employee allegedly spoke with her supervisor, I was told they use a different GPS system and they are showing it is miles away I told them I disagreed with their assessment, but they should at least refund me the difference between the miles they charged and the the

We had belongings in our car during the time that our car was in possession with this companyWe went to retrieve our items and we had items missingTheir job was to safekeep our car and they failed to do this

Denial of service because I have a service dog, a clear violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act They abandoned me in sub-freezing weather after I'd already been waiting for more than hours I ultimately had to call the police after they took off, simply to avoid developing serious hypothermia and get home They never towed my car They absolutely refused service with a service dog, which is considered necessary medical equipment, NOT a pet

The standard of customer service at APT Services is non-existentOn a Friday evening, my car broke down and my insurance company dispatched APT to tow my car to *** *** I was going to have it fixed atI gave them the exact address and building number, but instead they towed it to their own tow yard of which I cannot gain access to my car until Monday and they are charging me to store it there, regardless of that not being my choiceI have read several reviews online about their business practices and the level of customer service, and I cannot believe that they are still in business in ***I sincerely hope that they go out of businessThe dispatcher and person responsible for answering the phone (the first impression of the company) is rude, condescending and makes customers feel like we are putting her completely out by asking for her to do her job...while she's at workThe tow drivers are incredibly rude as well and make people feel so small and stupid for needing help

You know its bad enough that I was in a head on collision with my kids in the carBut to go get my stuff out of the car and notice that ( I previously bought two celing fans that were in the trunk of my suv) one was stole out of my carReally ***Not like my week has become the *** week ever but now your *** theft from APTI hope you install that fan and your house burns down
