Hello, my name is ***, and I am making a complaint against the corporate office of my former apartment complex " Flourish Living". I had indeed emailed and got into contact with Wendy from the Corporate office of Flourish Living, about the check deposit that I received on April 12, in the amount of $229.58 and it was short, as what I was to actually receive total was $250.00. I had emailed them at the corporate office informing them of the difference that I was owed which again was $20.42. Then on April 13, 2020, I received an email reply back From Wendy *** (***@nesselinc.com) saying this "The $20.42 difference is the balance that was due for gas and trash upon move-out" Well I had emailed corporate back and informed them that I had settled The Rent that was due for the 10days that I was there, (prorated rent amount) along with the gas and trash" before moving out with Araceli (The apartment manager) with a Money order. So then I receive an email reply back from Wendy on April 23, at the corporate office and she said "You will need to coordinate the proof of payment with the property manager. I would not be able to adjust your account balance at the corporate level." But Flourish living is the only one responsible for writing the check deposits and sending them out. I moved out on February 10 and it took Araceli to contact me via email on April 7 asking me if I received my check deposit yet. This is gone on for far too long and I'm continuing to get the runaround I just want this handled. they're not doing enough.
