At the end of this email is letter of apology that I mailed to ***, the same day she reported FLOW to the Revdex.com.">I was surprised when I received your letter as I believed that she would have accepted my numerous apologies via email, apology letter, the refund I sent her and extra products that she had received in light of the situation.
Here is an abbreviated account with dates of my communication with her.*** picked up her order of a day Juice Cleanse and shots on 2/26. Her shipping fee was reimbursed as I offered her the option to pick up.On 2/I was informed that the shots were not in the cleanse bagI apologized and hand delivered them the next afternoon on 2/days later on 3/I was informed that there was still one shot missingI apologized for the oversight and said I would ship it out at my earliest convenience. The late product ($value) was shipped on the 6th business day along with additional complimentary juice shots ($total value) as a gesture of goodwill due towards the errors that were made.I was unable to prepare and ship the product any sooner as I got sick (I cannot prepare juice for clients when I am sick for hygiene purposes) and I was in severe distress after learning that one of my cancer clients and friend whom I was preparing food and juice for had passed this was the second one that month. I explained all of this with an apology to her when she sent me an email after 4th business day saying that I still hadn't completed her order.On Friday the 13th I received yet another email saying that she still has not received the shot and that this is not the last I have heard from her and how she has told everyone that I am taking people's money and don't make the effort to satisfy and give them all that they have paid for! I responded letting her know that this was not the case that I had already shipped her product (see email below), I apologized once again for her experience and immediately mailed a refund check for $to cover the shot that she paid for and did not receive in a timely manner. I am very sorry for the experience that my client received, this has NEVER happened before in all the years that I have been in businessI can understand her frustration in the delay in receiving the product in a timely manner and I have sincerely apologized many times.
I believe that I have compensated her fairly. I have refunded her for the delayed receipt of the product over weeks ago on 3/via a check in the mail and I had also sent her complimentary products of equal value at the same time that I shipped the delayed product on 3/12. HERE IS THE APOLOGY LETTER MAILED TO HER:

My last email was brief as I was at work and wanted to get back to youI have more time now so I am responding fullyThis situation has really gotten out of control and I again I apologize that I you have had to wait for your full orderBased on your emails it seems as though you believe that I have taken your money and am in some way deliberately withholding some of your orderI have no reason to do that and the first time you made me aware that I forgot to put the shots in the bag, I immediately apologized and delivered them personally to your home the very next dayYou brought to my attention that I had once again forgotten one of the shots which was not good and purely an oversight on my part, definitely not deliberate and I again apologized and said that I would mail it out to you at my earliest convenience.
I had every intention of mailing them out as I have no reason to withhold the remaining $value of your orderI got sick so could not prepare and mail your order and I explained to you that got very bad news regarding the death of of my clients which further held things upI should have reached out to you at that point to let you know there would have been a delay but I was totally out of commission.
At that point I can understand your frustration but your thoughts about what I am trying to do are untrueI have already mailed your order Registered Mail to ensure that you would receive it and also added more shots, a Ginger and and Aloe as a gesture of good will to make up for the delay in receiving your full order.
You should have gotten them today but seeing as you didn't I will happily reimburse you for the $E3-Live shot.
I have been in business for years and this has never happenedAnne would not continue to have me leave my cards at her location if I didn't provide good customer service to many of her clients over the yearsI hope that you can see the situation for what it truly is and not that I am trying to treat you in any wayI have nothing to gain from that.
I am in the business of bringing health and happiness to people's lives, this is a first and again I am sorry that you have not had a good experienceSincerely,
