Complaint: [redacted]This is not what happened on this phone call. I was mocked and insulted for being concerned about the handles being wrong. It was never mentioned that they were getting additional parts. I was told that the tech never even touched the hot water handle, so "it must have been like that before he arrived." I'm not paying for a job that's not right, or to be insulted and told lies.
