Flow Mazda of Charlottesville

This is my second time buying a car from Flow Mazda of Charlottesville. The staff are laid-back, friendly, and most of all, patient. They have never been pushy or put pressure on me. Howard was the manager with both purchases, and he's also helped me when I bring my car in for maintenance. He's awesome, very professional and helpful. Even after I changed my mind about which model I wanted, and it meant canceling an order from another lot, Howard and Terrance (the salesman) were very accommodating. I'm so pleased to have gotten the car I really wanted at a price I could afford. The buying process was very efficient.

Review: I purchased this car out of state, I drove seven hours with a stay overnight at a hotel one way. The car that I purchased had a $0 deductible 30 day bumper to bumper warranty from Flow Auto, for a [redacted] CTS-V. At the time of purchase Flow [redacted] said if I have any warranty issues call them and they will issue a Purchase order to the repair facility. I did as instructed and sent Flow totals for repairs but they will not return calls and or emails. I have a "We Owe" in writing from Flow stating they will fix engine light and provide a second key with FOB along with fixing the e-brake. I have more supporting documents but this site will only allow me to upload one.Desired Settlement: Would like a purchase order sent to my local Cadillac dealer for repairs that were promised for my 30 day warranty. And I would also like compensated for repairs and diagnostics already completed.

After speaking with [redacted] from the company on 10/11/13 he stated the warranty only covers failed components not adjustment items customer was issued a refund in the amount of $[redacted]
