To whom it may concern,
*** has hired us before and we did an excellent job so she hired us again*** got her first job with us done for $In that job which was in the afternoon and was the second job we did that day*** was the recipient of a FREE extra man on the truck (a 3man crew)So because of this fact the job went very fast Now please notice that she is not complaining about us not being on time, breaking her furniture, damaging her apartment or acting unprofessional until she relentlessly began seeking to get free service for her moveApparently we BLUE COLLAR people can't disagree with her because she is a white collar financial adviser for *** a public relations firmSo because I won't give her work for free I'm rude and so on and so onThe job was quoted a hours, it took She paid the bill and the job is doneWhy is *** saying that she was charge for hours? It is because *** knows that saying she has a problem with an estimate going over by an hour and half makes her look badBut saying that the estimate went over by hours makes Flow Moving llc look badShe does not state that the Crew she had did not perform well or work well in her complaint so why did the job go over? The Crew informed me that there was a little trouble with other tenants in ***’s Loading Dock and the drop off location had a elevator and a long hallwayAll of these factors can easily make a job go over the estimateBut these factors are never mentioned, Why? ThIs IS the reason WHY we call the estimate the ESTIMATE and the final bill the Final Bill*** loves to state that we should have informed her as soon as we arrived what the actual bill was going to beWell if we were perfect we could do thatBut we are not perfect in all our estimates but we are usually very closeWhat we are perfect on is informing the customer of what the costs are per hour and starting the clock once we arrive and stopping the clock once we complete the jobWe also perfectly or close to it work at a high levelWe do not smoke or take brakes while on the clock or loaf around to make the job take longerSo Exactly what is Miss *** Trying to complain about? She really complaining because I am not afraid of her Threats to write bad reviews on the web about my Company and would not give her money back as if we didn’t earn itThe only one worthy of being warned against is the business of *** as a consumerEvery business she deals with should know that she is a web extortionist and will lie, exaggerate, and suppress on your good name in order to get special financial treatment that she somehow deserves because she believes she is superior to me and my businessAccording to ***’s hour lie she has reportedShe owes my company $But if you look at the invoices and estimates attached, you can see what the truth really isThank you for reading these words

I am rejecting this response because:*** *** has and is harassing me by calling from two different #s. He has threatened me in numerous texts and voice mails on my cell. As you can see from my attachment "Email to MrAM*** 1/3, I have listed the things he did not bring that he had pictures and a llist for. He continually said, in my dispute with him to my *** Card, that I gave him the wrong address and charged me extra to send it to the correct address I gave him from the start. I showed this to the *** and they disallowed the extra charge for the additional mielage. *** also disallowed a later, bogus bill for over $1,and $350. I am appalled that MrM*** continually brings to attention my mental state and lack of communicating with him. He said he was flexible and, even though my real estate agent indicated to him that my house closing was delayed over and over again, not due to anything I did but due to the buyers situation. I kept MrM*** constantly informed and gave him enough time to cancel any plans to move me on a day specified as a "hopeful" day to move.I sent him pictures of ALL the things he was to move. I repeatedly asked him if he had received the pictures. He assured me he did. I also repeatedly asked him if he was bringing a large enough truck. He brought thw trucks but, because it was raining, put some of my items in it. Only one truck arrived at my new residence with less than half of my items. Some of the other items were put on the other truck, I am assuming, because I got an email of additional charges due if I wanted these items to be sent down freight. I had no choice but to sign all receips in order to get my items. I signed under diress and protest, brought all t his up to my case against Flow Moving. The invoices I wrote "Paid Under Protest" were produced, signed to *** MINUS my written words of protest.The reason I am fighting Flow Moving is because I know I paid, under protest, too much for this move, being charged esentially DOUBLE for it. This man continually lied, a fact that I am my ex-husband can attest to MrM*** and his workers left ever AFTER my husband showed him the things he did not take (at least 1/of my items), including all of the stuff I had outside the house he agreed to take. I don't want him to do this to anyone again. I also wonder why the business closed in College Park and moved to Laurel, MD.A fire safe was stolen from the house before I could move it to my truck. I told the movers NOT to move it as my friend, Kevin, was going to come put it in the truck since it was too heavy for me to lift. I looked for MrM*** to get it back after the young men said they didn't touvh it and I did not know where MrM*** was.This man has been totally unfair, is continually harassing me, lied, misrepresented himself and his company and, without proof, called me mental and is telling everyone this. I would sue him, and hired a lawyer who said I definitely have a case but MrM*** has nothing I can get fro him

I am rejecting this response because:On January 28, 20107, Flow Moving Services were to move my possessions from my security locker and a private residence to my new home. They were paid in full January 28th. A table support for the glass legs to my glass dining room table was missing. Numerous attempts to make me whole were not addressed. I filed a Revdex.com complaint, [redacted] The company owner, then contacted me, agreed to have a replacement, custom, support made and picked up my glass table legs and two brass connections to assemble the base. The owner also required that I contact Revdex.com and indicate the matter had been resolved prior to delivering the base. I complied. The base was to have been delivered Thursday, April 13, 2017, after 6:00. When they didn't show up, I contacted them. The owner sent an email, April 12, 2017, "revoked" my original Friends and Family discounted invoice from January, 2017 and PAID IN FULL, January 28, 2017, charged an ADDITIONAL $400 ("since I have such high standards") and demanded payment prior to delivering the custom-made base support AND my original glass table legs! Expecting a professional to deliver all possessions does not constitute "high standards." As of the date of this complaint, the mover has not returned my original glass legs nor the custom-made support.Return of my glass legs, with the custom-made support, with no additonal expense to me, the home owner. (The part has been made).
