Flow-Right Seamless Gutters and Siding

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I read the response from Chris and that is so not right As you can see from my receipt it has year warranty labor written right on the receipt Seeing as the gutters were just installed 7/31/and my first call was in December I feel this falls under the warranty for labor The gutters to not line up so the rain/snow melt is falling between the house and gutters and not into the gutters directly He never made mention of charging me extra for that Again the wood was not exposed prior to his installation as I can clearly see where my old gutters were and where he installed the new gutters When he came over many times there was NO mention of any kind of extra charge he simply cut the drip edge he brought into little pieces and nailed them in pieces into the house The garage was not free again refer to his invoice the original price was $and he charged me $to install one side of the garageWhen he came back the first time and I was not home instead of fixing the gutters on the house he went back to the garage and put this awful stuff on the down spout I have attached my original invoice along with a few pictures FYI I tried to show him the pictures but he did not care to view themAfter that I never saw him again thank you [redacted]

Revdex.com spoke to Chris at business and the following was relayed: We went back there several times and never charged her a thing. There is drip edge on the roof. I placed "No drip strip" on the roof, it goes behind drip edge and over gutter to keep water from falling in between. I usually get $3 a foot,...

I did this at no charge for the customer. The wood that was exposed was exposed prior to my installation of the gutters. I am willing to wrap the wood for a charge. I was also willing to the other side of the roof but the customer did not want to pay. I also fixed the other side of her garage for free.
