Ordered flowers on website (confirmation #[redacted]) on Wednesday 5/4/16 at approx 5:50pm for Saturday delivery on 5/7/16. I called back on Thursday 5/5/16 at approx. 8:45am to cancel order. I spoke to a lady initially and stated my request to cancel order. Was transferred me to another lady and she located my order, she it was Ok to cancel order but there will be a $10.00 internet fee. I stated nowhere on their website under the help-order changes section that states this fee. She said its a [redacted] network thing. I said wait a minute, if it was stated in print somewhere on their website I would have no issue here. I asked to waive fee as I am a returning customer and bought flowers twice previously.
