Unfortunately, minor mistakes sometimes happen [redacted] did pay our fee to have her taxes prepared, and they were prepared and filed, and she received both her refunds There is a series of checkboxes that designate which refunds are requesting direct deposit, Federal is answered by a Y or N, and the state checkbox requires a state abbreviation So the unfortunate placement of an "N" in the Federal box that should have been a Y caused her to receive a paper check refund rather than a direct depositWhen she contacted me via email, I looked into what happened and explained this to her, offered her a 10% discount off next year She requested that I refund her this year, not a credit to next year Being very busy, I neglected to do so Here is a copy of her request to accept a cash settlement now: [redacted] says: Good Evening Valerie, As I am not satisfied with the serviceI would appreciate the refund you suggested to be issued this weekNot next year pleaseJust let me know when a check or credit to my card will be issued? Thank you so much [redacted] Aside from a few days delay in receiving her refund, and having to deposit the check, [redacted] left a very nice review of our services on [redacted] , a referral serviceI feel that the offer of a 10% refund is sufficient
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I would like to know when the amount of argument, $will be refunded to me? As I am not interested in returning as a client to the business in question
