For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI am glad to hear the business has rectified their credit card system malfunction However, my car was still towed from a side street where it was permissible to park (*** ***) The signage the business is referring to refers to the lot adjacent to the side street where I parked In that lot, it is indeed clearly marked to not park there Perhaps the two-truck driver made a mistake and meant to tow a car from that lot I, however, did not park in that lot I parked on the curb on *** *** The only signage on *** *** says "HR parking, 7am-6pm" There is no sign that indicates it is illegal to park by the curb I parked by the curb after 6pm which, therefore, was perfectly legal to do There were also many other cars parked on that curb as well all of which were still there when I discovered my car was gone. The fact remains, my car should not have been towed The business made a mistake by towing the wrong car This mistake that the business made cost me $and I intend to be refunded for their mistakeRegards,

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowi do not except this companies response because they have a contract with my apartmentAfter my car was towed my apartment management Called this towing company and requested that since I live there my car be released by Flower City Towing. Passes to this parking lot were changed that exact night and My car was towed at midnightThe parking pass changes were made because people who do not live in the complex get passes sold to them and park in the lotI pay my rent and I'm entitled to parking there. I was in *** processing for the military throughout the two weeks that parking changes occurredThere is a legitimate reason why I didn't change my pass and this company shouldn't be allowed to do this to peopleI have paperwork to prove that I was in *** for the military the day my car was towedI am entitled to park in this lot and this company needs to refund me my moneyif I don't respond to future responses it is because I will be gone for the military until the end of the November.

I have attached a few pictures. First is a sign of another parking lot as an example of acceptable signage. The 2nd picture is of the parking spot I was inThe 3rd photo shows the entrance to the lot showing no signage. The 4th photo is of the barn that the car was delivered
to. Please let me know if I can provide any additional information, Thank you again for your help. As a side note, I was at the even again tonight and the front entrance of the building has a sign up, as well as a chain across the parking lot entrance. However, the *** Street entrance still has no signage etc

If the machine does not issue a parking pass, do not park there as your car will be towed. The equipment is not ours but on other occasions...

we have been called down and the machine did work. Regarding items in a vehicle, anything of a medical nature we would allow an individual to retrieve.

they aew correct that I was not their customer because my car was towed by them at the request of their customer. The matter of fact is that when they towed my car they damaged my bumper. They have a giant metal beam in their barn. They damaged my car and then threatened me and hung up on me. They are 100% at fault for damaging my personal property.

They had switched over to new passes that were to be switched from the old ones by that date. If the new passes were not being used we were to tow any vehicle with expired passes....

There is no refund or adjustment to give, we were doing our job.

I do not accept this answer what so ever. Jay states that his credit card machine was "not working" but the funny thing is he said he would have to charge me the over night fee if I came back the next day so it was $130 cash on the spot or come back and spend $230 some odd dollars the next day. I was obviously not going to waste another $100 plus dollars for the over night fee to wait for his machine to be up and running. Unacceptable. It should be up and running at all times. He did not even have electricity. Not how a business should be operating.

Revdex.com spoke to business and the following was relayed: This is the lot off of [redacted] St. We are contracted to tow per the property owner. There are signs posted at both entries that you need a working legitimate pass to park there. The signs are posted per city code.
