Flower City Towing

This towing company are Bogus Please be careful they towed my car Yes my car was park illegally on Saint Paul street in world wide parking lot in downtown I went to drop my sister and family off and give my father his meds who is sick after leaving the building to go to my car My car was up and being ready to leave the parking lot Lucky I caught him The driver Told me I had to pay 140 I told him how much he want to drop it now He told me 27$ Witch I told him I have In my fathers house He left and took off cause I needed the money in my pocket When I arrived to the lot He force Me to not call the police if Did he will not give my car Me not being a punk I still called and made his boss come out and hear the story and what he told me And Let me get my car back for just 20$ Now after I showed the video to my family members my father pointed the guy out and said he knows him and he don’t have towing licenses Now after I was known that I text the owner who gave me him number to send the video Of the incident He chatted about my car and it being park illegally I asked him the question “A family member of mines told me the driver it’s not licensed to Tow” I waited and still no response Now thats suspicious It click 2 and 2 he threaten me to not call the police or he wouldn’t give my car back Mhmmm ding ding ding The tow truck driver doesn’t have his licenses to tow ...

On 11-11-2017 I was invited to a get together at Flower City which is a bar restaurant. There is a parking lot next door to it. That several people parked in there was no visual signs which I have pictures of that said you needed to pay or it was illegal to park without pain. The kiosk that you would pay at did not work correctly and was Witness by the police after I call once I realize they had towed my car . Also the manager of the bar restaurant came out to try to resolve the issue because he saw that the kiosk did not work and they had the sign that tells you to pay covered up my book The Ten Commandments ironically I also have pictures of this. They also covered up any signs that will tell you of the business name which I also showed the police. The police said that they couldn't do anything this will be a civil matter. I called the company after I found out who it actually was and as I was doing that another car have parked and by the time they got in the door of the restaurant the guy that I had called was coming around the corner to pick up her car there was a spotter across the street so I believe this is a racket and they are illegally putting people in position so they can tow their cars to make money. What's the tow truck arrived a male Spanish driver got out of the car and was belligerent and pulled a knife out on me and told me that I had to move after I had called the cops and told him to wait so they can see all the signs that they had covered up this was also witnessed by the bar managed *** cannot remember his last name. I would like an investigation and the matter because I'm sure this is something that goes on at that particular parking lot every night it is unfair for them to prey on people who is just coming out to have a good time. Also there wasn't anybody working in the booth at the time either so you couldn't reference to anyone about the matter until they towed your car
