Flower Connection

I remember this customer, I was the one who took his order and actually handled the complaint.This gentlemen is an accuaintance of ours because of a couple of places we have had himcome to clean a house carpet and our business carpet as wellHe came in 2/13/the day before valentine's day,
showed me a picture of a floral arrangement of over dozen roses in a vase, red,pink and white rosesHe wanted something similar with a total of dozen roseswith prefferably those colors, I let him know that being that it was literally the day before valentine's day we would do the best with could as far as the colors goI explained to the florist in regards to this order but, somehow the only color we had available were redThe flowers were delivered early the next day,(which I had to put in the front of other deliveries because he wasasking for an early delivery) Customer called me complaining about the color of the roses and I explained how we only had red available,and the color of the roses does not change the value of the flowers that he received, but would give him a credit of $for not having the availablecolorsThe arrangment he recieved was a dozen red roses arrangement in a vaseThe flowers werebeautiful, but unfortunately he wasnt happy with that, I apologized for the inconvinience but there wasnt anything else I could do that dayCustomer called days later on a sunday, we are closed on sundays so calltransferred to my cell phoneHe told me that he had received a review to his business and was demanding me to tell him who had done thatI did not know what he was talking about, and told himI would call him back in a couple of days to see if we could resolve this and redeliver a flower arrangement to make up for the all red roses arrangementI texted him back the next day to let him know that I wasnt going to be able to call him that day because I was not scheduled to work that day, but would get back tohim the following day for that redelivery I had talked to him aboutHe texted me that he no longer wanted areimbursement or anything like that,but said he demanded whoever did that review to take it off now!!! I told him I dont know who did that review but that was not done by me, I can't make anybody do anything(especially when I dont even know who did that) At this point there wasnt anything else I could do to try andhelp him and since this was my personel phone number he was texting me at to please not call me at this numberagain.If he had anything further to disuss he could call the business numberI told him that if he didnt want a reimbursement,his credit will be noted for whenever he would want itWe will not be making a reimbursement of the flowers becausehe did recieve the dozen roses that he paid for, although we no longer had the colors that he had requested, I did inform him that if we did not have those colors that we would do the best we could because we were extremely busydue to the valentine's day holiday
