In talking to our technician, when we first tested Mr***'s Lebaron the Map Sensor did fail the diagnostic test Once Mr [redacted] picked the car up and reached operating temperature, he found the vehicle still had a problem He brought the car back and we drove the car to operating temperature and found the Osensor was failing We fixed the Osensor as well.We called and talked to Mr [redacted] and we agree with the customer that we should have caught the Osensor at the original diagnostic We are going to refund his credit card back for the Osensor repair We will call Mr [redacted] next week and ensure him that we have refunded his money for the Osensor repair
