Flower Power Florist and Party Place

I ordered a bouquet and boutonniere for my daughter's wedding and paid in advance. On the day of the wedding the owner of Flower Power called me and told me she could not do my flowers. She said she would refund my money. She still has not. I have called her on several occasions. I have had conversations via text with her. She told me to just call my credit card company, dispute the charge and they would automatically credit me. Since this has happened, I have seen many complaints where she has done the same to others.

Ordered flowers for Valentines and they definitely didn't hesitate to charge my card BUT they never delivered the flowers. Tried calling them and they don't answer the phone. The charge on my cards is for 112.72. After reviewing there name on Google they have done this to numerous others as well.
