I ordered a $gift basket from [redacted] that pictured all chocolatesThe total purchase price came out to be $once all the fees were tacked onThe description said that contents may vary however there was a different section on their website if you wanted flowers or flowers within a gift basket My sister was delivered flowers along with a oz bottle of lotion and body wash and the rest was mostly green filler I ordered same day delivery with a hour rush and she didn't receive the order until late the following day When trying to resolve the matter [redacted] they refunded me the delivery fee portion of the order and then told me that they contacted the local shop and they were going to exchange the basket for what I ordered, when that wasn't done I called the local shop myself and she said that I had to deal with the 3rd party website I ordered fromShe then told me that she hadn't been in touch with them and they would need to contact her I explained that I already talked to someone and told her who I talked to and what I was promised and then she changed her story and said she hadn't been contacted until an hour previous to the phone call when I actually talked to the lady from [redacted] the prior day She then got very RUDE and said that she wasn't required to exchange it, that it was already delivered and too bad I didn't get what I expected because it was over the value of her portion of what she got paid from the 3rd party websiteShe then had the edacity to say "let that be a lesson to you, you should order from the local shop directly!"
