*** did no pass until October 1, The visitation was in Salem Ilat a local Funeral Homewe were to bring the flowers one that Thursday the 1st of OctoberWe delivered the flowers as promised and got all flowers delivered about 2:that afternoonMs*** called our flower shop days later where she preceded to tell us what was wrong*** also discussed this matter with the funeral home and she said that she did not want to make anymore decisionsIf Ms*** had of called us then the problem could have been resolve before the visitation at 5:with easeWe have a 24hr guarantee and *** called days laterDuring the difficult time with the loss of their loved one *** and family wanted money back on a perishable product which like I said we have a hrguaranteeWe work out a agreement to pay *** $against my better judgmentI wrote a check and thought that would be the end of the situationNO *** proceeded to cancel her credit card amount with my credit card company for $So now she has the check I wrote and the Credit card payment back
I fought the Credit Card and got the money backSince *** tried to take advantage of the Check & the Credit card I stopped payment on the Check
As I said we had ample time to fix the problem and Ms*** & family apparently wanted more and that was not going to happenSo to wrap it up *** being difficult from the start to the finish she lostYou get more fly's with honey than vinegar
