Business response taken over the phone by Revdex.com staff (**) Jessica indicated she was in contact with the consumer and there was an agreed upon refund amount provided to the consumer that would have resolved the consumers complaint

I sold this plant to a nice gentleman almost two weeks ago. He paid for it, not this woman. She got in my face in front of a large line of customers...on Valentine's Day. I told her I couldn't take the plant back, because it had been out of my store for almost two weeks. I am not like [redacted] or...

[redacted], I can't afford to throw a plant away and give a replacement, because they don't water them, or they over water them. I do, however guarantee my fresh flowers. I offered her another (different) plant, and she started yelling at me, not the other way around. She even dropped the "F" bomb a few times. Then she wanted me to take back a box of candy that the man purchased with the plant. I do not take food or candy back, and put that back into inventory, for health and safety reasons. I never "promised" anyone, her or the gentleman, that I would take it back if it didn't last. I am a flower shop, not a big conglomerate. She  went outside and started telling customers that were pulling up, to my store, NOT to come in and buy anything from me. I had to call the police. I do NOT want this woman near my store again, without a police officer present. I would be happy to work with the gentleman who bought the plant, only.

Jessica indicated the business processed two different refund amounts. The first was for $42.68 and the second was for $12.81. Jessica received an email from the consumer on 4/6/2016 indicating she has received her refund.
