Review: I ordered flowers Saturday 11/**to be delivered on Sunday. I received a confirmation on the website that they would be delivered. I never received an email or a phone call. The flowers were NOT delivered on Sunday and I was not informed that this was going to happen. When I contacted them today 12/**, I was informed that it was automatically rescheduled without my consent (and the recipient would not be home…it HAD to be Sunday.) I was told a manager would contact me about a refund - when this [redacted]DID finally contact me, he very rudely argued with me for 15 minutes telling me that they would not issue me a refund. FINALLY, after a heated argument, he agreed to issue me the refund. I asked for them to issue me the inconvenience fee of $10 shown in their policy. He refused because the delivery was on a Sunday. BUT no one ever at any point contact me. They charged my card for over $70, did not complete the delivery, argued with me, and then refused to give me the inconvenience fee. This business is a SCAM and has the worst customer service I have ever experienced!Desired Settlement: I think the LEAST this company can do is give me the $10 inconvenience fee for the frustration, disappointment, and embarrassment.

Review: On Tuesday, Mar **, I rec'd an email in my Yahoo mail that referenced the florist I use for all my floral orders: [redacted] Florist in Willow Grove, PA. I rec'd a postcard from [redacted] a few days earlier reminding me of my wife's birthday & I thought the email was from them - so I opened it. The link directed me to Flower.com. Speaking to the [redacted], I realized it wasn't [redacted] & I told the [redacted] I wanted to order flowers through [redacted]. She said although they weren't [redacted], she assured me [redacted] is a florist on their approved list that they use. I said I could just call [redacted] directly to place my order since they had all pertinent info. She assured they could place my order through [redacted]. I asked on 3 different occasions if the order would be placed through Kemp & she said yes, [redacted] is one of their approved vendors. The flowers my wife rec'd were not from [redacted], but from a florist down the street. I use [redacted] because they've been designated the top florist in the nation, & the central florist for the Philly Flower Show (the oldest show on the country). Their work is spectacular. I called Flower.com & they said although [redacted] is on their list, they actually use whatever florist is closest. I complained that was never explained, & if it had I wouldn't have placed my order through them. They said that's their policy & unless the [redacted] actually used the words "guaranteed delivery" through [redacted] then they fulfilled their obligation since I got the flowers. I tried to explain that was akin to ordering a Honda because you like Honda, but [redacted] delivers a Nissan because the dealership is closer. Yes, you get a car, but if the [redacted] says, "yes Honda is on our list as an approved vendor" three times, then the implied representation is that they'll deliver a Honda. They just kept [redacted]eating their policy mantra. I said they need to completely reformat their [redacted] representations & be specific that they'll use the closest florist rather the florist the customer wants to use. Again, the [redacted] & her supervisor simply droned their "closest florist" mantra. I think their [redacted] practices are very misleading, at best, and bordering on theft by deception at worst. Response:

First, I want them to refund my money since they implied they would use the vendor I requested, but they didn't. Second, I want them to amend their [redacted] practices so they clearly inform the consumer as to their "closest vendor" policy, especially when the consumer asks for a specific vendor, instead of using their deceitful practice of stating, "yes, they are on our list". Thanks, [redacted]
