Review: An order for live fish was placed on 12/5/2013 through a person named: [redacted]. A deposit of $182.50 was applied to the order using PayPal. The balance of the order was paid by a US Postal Money for the amount of $272.50. Apparently he said he ordered in the fish but some died. Apparently we had to wait on the weather conditions as he did not want to send out the fish. Apparently he stated that the money order was lost until he informed me that it came to him on 1/27/2014. I received a copy of the money order from the post office showing he cashed it. Several attempts were made by me to have the order sent out but the seller always had an excuse. Then apparently the seller's wife passed away, so he has been out of the states. He had asked for a month for grieving which I gave him. When I finally asked him to complete the order or to send a refund or I would have to pursue disciplinary actions, he is now refusing to do nothing because he is now accusing me of threatening him. All I want is a refund that I am entitled to. I now have on file 92 emails of our conversations over the last 6 months. I don't believe he even had the fish in the first place and was lying to me all along. He is a fraud and is trying to take advantage of me. I have been out $455 for the last 6 months and have now missed some of the fish I desired as they are seasonal. I do not want my order filled as I do not want to deal with this man, as I have lost all trust in him and his company. Apparently he is still out of the states, but I do not know why someone else in this company could not rectify this situation. Please let me know the status of this claim as my patience has run out. I would sincerely appreciate any help you can give to me. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I want a complete refund of my $455 as well as any associated punitive damages resulting from me having to wait on an order that was placed more than half a year ago! I do not believe this man or his company should conduct any more business as apparently they are fraudulent and practice deceitful selling practices. I do not want any more people to be taken advantage of in the future.
