So this is the third time useing telefloral and *** that we have gotten flowerland they just leave flower or fruit basket on porch do not call and tell you. Yesterday we came home to pouring down rain and Valentines day roses broken all over our porch. I called to talk to owner name Tim was told by a rude Pam that he could no and would not talk to me since I upset by our flower treatment. Was told this is how they do business they did not do anything wrong it is okay to just leave $200 flower out in weather or for anyone to steal. I asked if the manager or owner could call me today I was told no to busy to deal with a issuse. He might call me on Thursday 20th maybe. I was told there would be no refund to just deal with the broken roses Pams words they are fine broken.
Other (requires explanation) First off they should no longer be able to be with Telefloral or Ftd. As they do not care about there work. SEcond I would like the person who left flowers on our porch as well as Pam since she seems to be in charge let go. Pam should not be your person who deals with issues since she seems not to care. Third I would like a refund for My father since this is flowers he order for my mother *** sender and ***.
