Flowers By Burton & Son

I recently got married and although my experience with the flowers went well, the bridesmaid dress department was another story. Majority of the reviews explained that you need tough skin to deal with this place, but I figured it wouldn't have been as bad as it actually was. The woman who sits at the desk who appears to be running the show up there is hands does the most unprofessional employee I (including my bridesmaids) have ever encountered. She was either non responsive when the girls needed to know about trying on their dresses, blamed THEM for a tear being in the dress when they hadn't even tried them on yet, and was so beyond rude when we had any questions about the dresses. You get what you pay for, and while they are cheaper than other places. I was embarrassed that I had to constantly get complaints from all the bridesmaids about it because it not only inconvenienced them, but ruined my wedding experience. That place should be under new management.
