Bought 3 roses for a birthday present for my grandaughter. When a got home 10 min later I noticed one rose hanging. I returned to the [redacted] of the florist and showed him. He accused me of breaking it on purpose. I of course denied it. Why would I break a flower. he started yelling and threw the flowers at me and refused to replace it. I have never been yelled at by a [redacted] of a store. He was the nastiest man I have ever dealt with. Now I cant give the flowers with only 2 roses as it looks rediculous. I spent $13 for nothing. I plan on telling everyone I know about his abuse.
