Review: The owner of this business,[redacted], was notified 1 week in advance of cancellation for his product and services. He refuses to make any refund even though he admitted he did not receive the product for the event, incurred no product creation costs, incurred no labor costs, no travel costs and did not deliver any product or value in exchange for collecting a $3500.00 payment for aforementioned product and services. We believe he is entitled to a 2 hour consult payment and lost profit but not for product cost he admitted he did not incur or services he did not provide.Desired Settlement: Minimum $1615.00 Refund.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Flowers By [redacted] regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[redacted], the owner of Flowers By [redacted], called my home phone and left a message that he would be sending us the partial, reasonable refund we had originally requested. However, 2 weeks have elapsed and we still have not received a refund or any other correspondence from him.
