I do not sell or provide marijuana at my storeI have been a business owner for years, and for the last years have owned a florist-gift shop boutique in Kremmling, ColoradoI have never before had a complaint. I am a new retailer for *** products and this is a novel experience for meI will still honor the *** warranty for Ms***'s purchase of this product as a replacement with no refund of cash*** from *** stated on the phone that no refunds are provided for these products, only replacementsMs*** refused to accept the replacement. I spoke with ***'s and *** in reference to a problem she was having with a unit she had purchasedit was clear when I first spoke with the problem she was having was due to user errorShe had explained she was disabled and was using the unit for a mental health issueI told her to take the unit back to *** at her flower shop and it would be replaced for her at no cost*** later called me from inside *** shopand was demanding a refund Which I told her was rot policy on any of our units? informed *** to replace the unit and I would replace it thru our RMA programWhich I shouldn't have done being there is no warranty on heating chambersbut was trying to help her due to her mental health issueIt seemed no matter what we did to please her she was not satisfied I told her outside of replacing her unit there was not much I could do for her She did not like what I had to say and started screaming and yelling at me thru the phone when I felt me and *** went above and beyond to satisfy herShe threatened with the Better Business Burro, I hope you don't take this claim to serious being both myself and *** did everything to satisfy herOnce again the problem with the unit was due to user error, and still offered a replacement she was not satisfied.

Today is Friday, February 27, 2015 and the [redacted] chamber was sent Certified Mail through the USPS to [redacted] upon receipt from [redacted].  It took a little while to arrive from Florida.  She should be getting her replacement very soon.  The Certified Mail Number is [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance.
