Ordered flowers on Friday 5/8 for delivery 5/9 online at http://www.wendelldesignsbymike.com. Received order confirmation via email. Per [redacted], the owner, The flowers did not arrive because:
1) He turned off his computer on Thursday
2) He stopped taking orders on Thursday, no indication of this information on website.
3) [redacted] told us we ordered through e-flowers, (we didn't), and he didn't get the order.
4) It's our fault we didn't call him even though we recieved a conformation.
5) [redacted], the owner, stated he doesn't possess a credit card, so he doesn't know how online ordering works.
6) Told us there was nothing he could do, we're out of luck.
7) [redacted] stated we were the ninth caller to complain today. Business as usual?
Thank you, [redacted], for coming through and saving Mother's Day! /sarcasm
Terrible business, terrible owner; blaming everyone but himself for his ineptitude. Unwilling to make good on his mistakes.
Find another florist. In my opinion, Flowers by [redacted] is bad news.
