Review: I ordered flowers through their website to be delivered and then called right after to cancel the order. The customer service person told me the order was canceled and that my account would be refunded back the money within 2-3 days. The flowers were still delivered to the person, so I called to make sure we were still being refunded and left a message with their answering service. They sent me an email the next day saying they could not credit back the money. They did not go by their word.Desired Settlement: I would love to be refunded back the money.
