To ***@justflovversktc,com Ct7/BCC Subject [redacted] .:U ST FLOWERS This is [redacted] From Flowers Etc( [redacted] ) just to let you know that I have being filling your flower arrangements from owr years , live always follow the recipes and the order to the step .we had a problem with the order ( [redacted] ) or [redacted] From ihe star was a little problem cause we did not haw the Yellow rose bush and african iaolets [redacted] pleace the order with me and we asked him for change of color of plants He had check with senders and they Pprowb it ...we delhered on the March Saturday by Monday we got a call From recipeints and they :30y , that plats were bad and theywant to changed he sent rlght away driwr to pick them up ,to be able to make another silimar ( remember they apruveb she change) ok a got a new plants I set on a new basket with same plants and we redefiwred same mondey after hours ...driver came back ad a got a phone called that they didnt want does plants to pck them upw ask my driwr to go pick them up and will cancel the order because they didnIlike the plants , they want to redeliwr the original plants in original orderbe told them there was nothing we can do cause 1st .,.vve dicInt have does particular plants 2nd ...the changed was aprui.ed already by senders , I call right away to [redacted] at just flowers and reported, the redelivered and changeds made ...and people call and complaint about it „ [redacted] say to cancelt order and Fie will take care minutes later recipients call me to tell me that I was slelting their moneywith that piece of crap plants (told that I apologized about incormience and we had call and order was cancel ...they got really upset they call me tieft, stupid mexican , they want is money back .I follow the rules from any wire services and told them that they need to call to just flowers and they will take care of the rest ...wrong thing again , I hang up and call me back _Jong short story times calling names untill last drop someone Iron area code called me and told me the big F YI I told them to call just flowers again ...hang up because they keep going on , they call me back same number 5tarea code , and call me again the big words I tokfd the no you FYi told you and explaint you what to do and senders had Changed the order that I haw nothing to do with this I called and sent email to just flowers right away and told tern that some one need to call them and explaint what happen and the changes were made for that order _

I am rejecting this response because: Just to let you know this flower arrangement was ordered due to the death of our daughter. The original issues was not a change in flower arrangements but that the most of the plants were either dead or dying. We asked that they replace them and all that was done was to remove the dead parts and send back what little plants that were good. The basket was not correct either. As far as the swearing, the only swearing that was done was by the person from flower etc. I asked for his name and he would hang up on me so I called back. Did I call times, maybe but he would not answer my questions. I had no idea of his nationality because he would not speak to me long enough so I could not have known he was Mexican. My wife called and he called her a psyco ***. My in-laws called from Tennessee and was called vial names. If you would like I can provide a name and phone number for contact. I do not know if this person is the owner or just someone who works at the store but he seems to have an anger management problem. At no time did he tell us he was going to cancel the order and refund money. He just said he was not going to replace the arrangement. After all that my wife called her sister to have her cancel the order from this company and reorder from another florist who did an exceptional job on the arrangement. I have read reviews of this shop since and found that this is there standard operating procedure in that they do not take criticism very well

I am rejecting this response because. The response from the company was hand written and not very legible or professional. The response shows that they refuse to take any responsibility for their actions and continue to lie about the vulgar language that was used toward our family in our time of grief. We feel that to continue with this complaint will only cause us additional frustration with no apparent satisfaction. We would like to have had an apology but see that is not something that is going to happen. Please close this complaint but classify it as unresolved. also please feel free to post all our responses for any potential customers to this business to see.
