Review: I ordered my sister flowers for her birthday on April **, 2015. The service was supposed to be a same day delivery. Today is April **, 2015 and she has still not received her flowers. I contacted the place yesterday to inquire about why the product was not delivered. I was informed that my order flagged their possible fraud department therefore the order was not processed. However, the order was processed completely on my end of the transaction. The funds were removed from my bank account (which I verified before even contacting them), I received no emails or phone calls indicating that further information was needed to verify my account. I heard nothing from them at all. So, on April **, 2015 I tried to contact them. I could not reach them by phone all complaints must be emailed to them so I emailed them. In their response to me they indicate that this was done to protect me from someone stealing my information and charging my bank. ???? That makes no sense! How could their actions protect me when my bank was charged, the money was removed from my account, they were paid for their services and they did not deliver on their end. I received no notification of any kind from them that there was any problem. If I had not contacted them I firmly believe that they would never let me know the product was not delivered and simply kept my money for services not preformed. These flowers were my present to my sister who I miss dearly and due to my work schedule don't get to see very often. Her feelings were hurt because she thought I did not remember her birthday. The whole purpose of sending someone flowers is to surprise them and let them know they are special and thought of on their special day.Desired Settlement: They should immediately upgrade my order and deliver it ASAP and offer me a free voucher or refund my money completely for this order. The purpose of getting flowers on your special day is to receive them on your special day!! Yes, the flowers should be delivered ASAP! I don't want my sister to continue to think I forgot her birthday when I did not forget her! Due to the fact they took my money and did not deliver services they should now deliver their services and refund my money.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. The flowers were delivered today 4/**/15 and a refund for the delivery fee of 10.95 was refunded. I still paid for the flowers but the delivery fee was returned.

I have placed orders from this site flowersfast.com ,and boy was I wrong to do so.

I paid over $300USD, for flowers, that where delivered to a wrong address. The bouquet that advertised roses, contained only 20% roses, and rest was a cheap carnations replacement. A shame on them. I will never order, nor recommend flowersfast.com to anyone.Desired Settlement: I wish people to know, that will scam you in a heartbeat. They will not offer replacement, credit, but they will surely take your money, and bait and switch you.

On August [redacted], the customer placed three orders with our company, making payment via [redacted], in the amounts of $99.07, $99.07 and $100.86.

We immediately refunded all three of them as suspicious orders, because the IP address ([redacted]) of the customer is in Kiev, Ukraine, and his stated billing address was in Brooklyn, NY. However, our customer service rep contacted the customer and received assurance that the orders were legitimate. To simplify matters, we rebilled the customer for $299, the combined amount of all three orders, and placed them for delivery with local florists.

Although the customer initially claimed that two of the orders were delivered to the wrong addresses, he later retracted that claim, when we provided information about the orders and the delivering florists.

Below are the delivering florists for those two orders:

So only one of the three orders was in dispute, the FTD Red Romance Rose Bouquet, for $99.07, for delivery to [redacted]. The customer was not satisfied with the number of roses and other flowers included in the bouquet. We asked for a photo of the bouquet that was received, but the customer did not provide it. But based on his assertion that the bouquet was not made to the expected value, we contacted the delivering florist and asked them to re-deliver an upgraded bouquet.

We explained that the product he ordered uses a combination of full-size roses and "spray roses" as indicated in the text and photo on our website's product information page. (See

[redacted]) The recipe specifically calls for 12 40-cm red roses, and 5 stems of red spray roses, each of which has several smaller blooms. We told the customer that the florist was willing to redeliver, but he insisted that nothing other than 50 full-size roses would suffice.

Ultimately we were unable to satisfy the customer's demand and decided it was best to give a full refund in the amount of $99.07. (Paypal transaction #[redacted], dated ** August 2014.) We always try our best to satisfy our customers, and work with the assigned florists to ensure that they also do the right thing. We've been in business since 1998, and have always made excellent customer service our highest priority. This is evidenced by ZERO complaints about our company in the Revdex.com database.

Despite our best efforts, this customer posted negative, derogatory and accusatory reviews about Flowers Fast online, filed this Revdex.com complaint, and opened a [redacted] dispute, demanding that the full amount of $299 be refunded -- all AFTER we refunded him for the disputed amount of $99.07.

We feel we've acted in a way that's fair, honest and transparent. We hope that after your review of the facts, you will agree.
