Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2017/05/15) */ The repair was for an "oil drain line leak," which is not covered under warranty. Damage to oil drain lines could be caused by a number of things. One of those things is not mechanical failure. Lines, gaskets, hoses, cables, etc. are not... covered under our warranty or anyone else's as far as I know.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/01/27) */
According to my General Manager, *** ***, a very specific deal was made with this customerSpecifically, they put $down, toward the purchase of a Harley-Davidson Road King and were to return later with the rest of the down payment
As part of the deal, they requested that we put a windshield and a back rest on itPer the customer's request, we gladly did thisAlthough we did not charge them for this, it was part of the deal and we DO have labor/installation costs associated with thisSubsequently, this customer went to another dealership and purchased a different motorcycle, dishonoring the deal we madeAll of this being said, we ALWAYS want to do everything we can to satisfy our customers, even when they do business elsewhereThis is no exceptionEven though we have a sign in our showroom floor that states clearly that all deposits are non-refundable (regardless of whether they have placed a deposit to hold a vehicle for minutes or days), we still want our customers to be satisfiedThis deposit will not be refundable, under any circumstance, due to the totality of circumstances, but we will allow this customer to use this $towards a purchase in the futureIf we didn't have costs associated with the installation of the windshield and backrest, we might have considered a good will refund
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2016/01/28) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
did request a backrest all they did was take it off of a bike next to the one we were looking at and put it over on ours taking all of seconds they took a $off the cost of the bike to compensate for no windshield they were not putting one on there and we contacted them back on the next business day they chose to keep the bike off the showroom floor for a week not us we contacted them letting them know we were not interested on Monday morning having made these arrangements with them to purchase it on Saturday afternoon therefore there was no cost to them for a backrest and/or a windshield and they denied the refund from the moment we contacted them
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2016/01/28) */
It took longer than seconds and costed us moneyWe honored our part of the dealThey did notOur offer is to give them credit towards a future purchaseThat is very reasonable and we are not flexibleWe feel this is a fair "middle ground" offer

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2017/04/28) */
We have no record of a [redacted] purchasing anything at our dealership.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 10, 2017/05/01) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The loan is in both my name...

[redacted], and my husbands name [redacted]. The loan statement is mailed to both of us every month. So yes I have purchased from you.
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 21, 2017/05/23) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
You already have and still did not fix anything. And since it is against the law you should be in alot of trouble because you talked to me in person about it several times.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 23, 2017/05/25) */
I have never spoken to Mrs. [redacted] except through correspondence with the Revdex.com. Again, I can't discuss this matter with her as she is not the buyer on the loan.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2017/05/02) */
This consumer is 100% correct. I made a big mistake. I have since paid off her bike and apologized to her and her husband. Additionally, I paid them for two months worth of payments and two months of insurance.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2017/05/18) */
[redacted], we're sorry you feel this way. I don't think there's a warranty company in the world that's going to pay for repairs that are unknown. There are a lot of people who don't understand this and chooses to go to public sites like FB and...

Revdex.com to express their discontent. I urge everyone to go to FB and Revdex.com. We have over 250 5 star ratings and are proud to be rated A+ with the Revdex.com. Further, we pay legitimate warranty claims all the time. In fact, we take pride in doing good will repairs that are normally not covered under warranty. We take these on a case-by-case basis. Our new address is [redacted]. We're by [redacted].
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2017/05/19) */
MY warranty specifically states at all possibility to bring to bring to Midwest Cycles Center. It was
taken to [redacted] and was refused before anyone looked at it and made any determination as to why it had the problem. You still have no idea what caused the problem. [redacted] refused to even talk to me. [redacted] wouldn't even listen to the owner of the shop you hired that explained it to you, that it was in the main wiring harness, but he didn't know where. That intermittent short took out the voltage regulator and the stator. You fixed the symptom, but the shop you took it to did not fix the short. The main wiring harness needs replaced. It is full of silt. A [redacted] dealer told me there should be no silt in that harness. You can not get that amount of silt or dirt in a harness unless the bike has been underwater. Now I can go a lot of ways with this. I have tried to be nice. I thought the letter I sent might get a response, but you don't care.
You want facebook and social media, your great rating, it's fake. You have your own employee's and family leave you a rating. You post fake pictures of your business showing hundreds of bikes, that is auction house you buy these bikes from. You can buy ratings. What you can't buy is the over 40 negative reviews. I have talked to the previous owner of the bike. The only reason that I am not running to a lawyer and the attorney general is I wan't to keep my bike and it not worth it. You didn't even renew the business lic for MWCC. Your not even legal to sell anything under the MWCC name in Christian county. The state can't even tell me who owns it. Because you have a Midwest Cycle Center1.LLC with a DBA of Midwest Cycle Center, One with [redacted], one with [redacted]. You know [redacted] from [redacted] loves this kind of stuff. I have a bike from Texas that has signs of water damage all over it, once you start digging into it, and it doesn't have a salvaged title. I think Ashley would like to talk to the previous owner. He full of all kinds of information, you know he bought an ultra awesome looking bike. If [redacted] would of talked to me, we wouldn't be doing this. Bottom line this is breach of contract, and warranty fraud.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2017/05/19) */
There are too many false accusations and threats to respond to this on a public website. I would encourage Mr. [redacted] to hire an attorney if he feels that's what's necessary. We have done nothing wrong and we operate a legitimate business.
